It’s reminiscent of certain young Motown artists in the early 70s with its catchy brass hooks and J’s androgynous soul vocals.
J Mahon wrote lyrics here and sang.
J’s own music is rather guitar-driven “Indie-Pop” music!
In 2023 he put out his extra ordinary debut “Everything Has A Life” that contains nothing but Chamber-Pop and Indie bangers and has been a constant character and definitely must-see-act in the Australian & Berlin music scene!
